Billing

Payments are made by bank transfer against an invoice we issue for your plan. You can find your invoices and payment history on your account’s billing page, and reach us for any billing question by contacting support directly. New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, for any reason; renewals are non-refundable except where we charged you in error — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
