This Privacy Policy explains how the business trading as Linkvsta (“Linkvsta”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Linkvsta (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, password (hashed), organization details.
- LinkedIn & content data — profile, posts, engagement, and audience data you connect or that we process to provide the Service.
- Usage data — how you use the Service, device/browser and log data.
- Payment data — payment is by bank transfer against an invoice; we store your invoice and your payment confirmation. We do not collect or store card details.
2. How we use your information
To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to generate and schedule content; to communicate with you; to process payments; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service providers & subprocessors
We share data only as needed with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards. These include, without limitation: our cloud hosting provider, LinkedIn data-processing providers, and AI/model providers used to generate content. Payments are handled by bank transfer directly between you and us, with no third-party payment processor. A current list of providers is available on request.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal requirements. You may request deletion (see below).
5. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact sales@linkvsta.com.
7. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics to improve it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
