Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Linkvsta (the “Service”), operated by the business trading as Linkvsta (“Linkvsta”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Linkvsta is a software-as-a-service platform that helps you plan, generate, schedule, publish, and engage with LinkedIn content, and that surfaces audience and lead insights. Features vary by subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, billing & payment
The Service is offered on recurring monthly subscriptions (Basic, Growth, and Pro). Prices are shown on our pricing page and are invoiced in advance each billing period. Payments are made by bank transfer against an invoice we issue — there is no third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled, and each renewal is invoiced for payment by bank transfer. Any applicable taxes are stated on the invoice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, harass, or distribute malware; to reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (including LinkedIn). You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the way you use automation features, and for ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn’s User Agreement.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers (including LinkedIn and AI/model providers). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Your use of connected platforms is subject to their terms, and those platforms may change or restrict access at any time.
8. AI-generated content
The Service uses automated and AI systems to generate drafts and suggestions. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular results, reach, or growth.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkvsta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law & contact
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkvsta is registered, which will be specified here upon incorporation. Questions? Contact us at sales@linkvsta.com or see our Contact page.
