11 best Cleverly alternatives in 2026.

Cleverly is a done-for-you B2B lead generation agency — people, not software — running LinkedIn outreach, cold email and cold calling from Los Angeles since 2016. Its own FAQ prices lead generation at $397 to $997 a month, which makes it the cheapest managed LinkedIn outreach in this market by a wide margin. That is a real advantage, and most pages like this one pretend otherwise.

So the reason people look for an alternative is usually one of three: the tiers are not published anywhere, so what separates $397 from $997 only emerges on a call; outreach and content are sold as separate products; or the underlying question was never “which agency” but “hire people, or buy a tool?”

This page answers that one. Eleven alternatives — five agencies, five tools and one vendor that sells both — with what each is genuinely good at, what it costs, and where it is the wrong choice. Every price was read on the vendor’s own live site on 8 September 2026; anything a vendor does not publish is marked unpublished rather than guessed at.

Disclosure: Linkvsta is our product and appears in the list below. Its entry says where it is the wrong answer, and the agencies we cannot compete with are still recommended for the buyers they suit.

At a glance

TL;DR: best Cleverly alternatives compared.

If you want done-for-you with a published number, SalesBread ($2–3k/mo, refund attached to a lead count) is the accountable pick. If you would rather run it yourself, HeyReach ($79/mo per sender) is the strongest multi-account tool and Waalaxy (€19) the cheapest way to test the idea at all. Cleverly stays the cheapest managed option in the set.

The eleven

Every alternative, in detail.

Each entry opens by saying what kind of thing it is — an agency you hire, software you run, or a vendor that sells both — because that is the decision underneath the shortlist. Prices are the vendor’s own, read on 8 September 2026.

1. Linkvstabest for content-led inbound plus paced engagement

Software (self-serve). Linkvsta is our own product, so treat this entry as disclosed rather than neutral — the rest of this page is written so it still helps if you pick someone else. It is software, not a service: it learns your voice once at onboarding, drafts and renders posts (including carousels built from your own uploaded slide deck with only the text swapped, not a stock template with your logo dropped on), comments and connects on your behalf, keeps a scored prospect pool, and tracks competitors. Five jobs that are normally five vendors, on one login at one published price.

  • Pricing — Basic $79/mo · Growth $129/mo · Pro $199/mo. Visible before you buy: no retainer, no setup fee, no per-lead billing.
  • Best for — a founder or small team who wants a presence that earns inbound, not a volume of cold messages.
  • Watch out — if your entire plan is outbound volume, an outreach agency or one of the dedicated outreach tools below is the better buy. Linkvsta does not run cold-DM blasts.

2. SalesBreadbest for a money-back guarantee on qualified leads

Agency (people). SalesBread is a small, founder-led done-for-you LinkedIn and cold-email agency built on manual research and hand-written personalisation rather than volume. It is the only vendor in this cohort that puts a refund behind a number: in its own words, “20+ sales qualified leads per month using ultra-personalized LinkedIn + email outreach, or your money back.” Terms are month-to-month — “we keep clients by performance alone” — with no minimum contract. More on how SalesBread compares.

  • Pricing — $2,000–$3,000/mo, published on its own site.
  • Best for — a buyer already burned by templated agency outreach who wants low volume, high personalisation, and a refund as the backstop.
  • Watch out — it is deliberately small: no cold calling, no paid ads, no software, and no content or brand work. And it is five to seven times Cleverly’s entry price.

3. Belkinsbest for buying appointments rather than replies

Agency (people). Belkins is a full-service B2B appointment-setting agency running email, cold and intent calling, LinkedIn, SMS, voicemail, paid ads and events. The distinction that matters against Cleverly is the unit you are buying: Belkins sells appointments on the calendar, with manual lead research, validation and no-show recovery around them, rather than conversations started.

  • Pricing — “from $5,000” on its appointment-setting page, quoted against one specific configuration: 1,500 leads a month, three outreach channels and 100 guaranteed appointments a year. Its four named tiers carry no dollar figures at all.
  • Best for — a funded B2B company with $5k+/mo that wants to hold a vendor to an appointment count.
  • Watch out — LinkedIn is one channel of seven here, not the product. Tier pricing is unpublished, so every real number arrives on a call.

4. CIENCEbest for buyers who refuse to buy without line items

Agency (people) with a platform licence. CIENCE is a managed go-to-market and SDR agency, and it is the only agency in this cohort that publishes full itemised pricing. You can see what strategy, software and headcount each cost before you speak to anyone, and scale SDR capacity up or down month to month. If the thing that put you off an agency was the opaque monthly number, this is the direct answer to it.

  • Pricing — $5,000 one-time GTM setup, $2,000/mo strategic team, $499/mo platform licence: $7,499 in month one. SDR capacity is extra and itemised by level and region ($1,500–$6,500/mo each, plus $1,000 one-time onboarding per SDR). Month-to-month on core services.
  • Best for — a real outbound programme where price transparency is the buying criterion.
  • Watch out — it is not LinkedIn-specific; the platform is a data and outbound licence rather than a LinkedIn tool. Entry cost is roughly nineteen times Cleverly’s.

5. Martal Groupbest for an outsourced senior sales function

Agency (people). Martal Group supplies fractional senior sales executives backed by SDR and research support, aimed at tech and B2B companies. It sells past lead generation into customer onboarding and account management, which nothing else here does. The trade is seniority for structure: its published output metrics are email volumes — 3,000–5,000 prospects targeted and 9,000–12,000 emails a month, for 20–30 qualified leads — so LinkedIn is a supporting channel rather than the headline.

  • Pricing — not published; a consultation is required. The contract structure is published: outbound starts with a three-month pilot then goes month-to-month on a flat fee, and the higher tiers use a four-month pilot with a flat fee plus sales commission.
  • Best for — a technical or enterprise sales cycle that needs a sales function, not just booked meetings.
  • Watch out — a pilot commitment and no public price. Third-party price ranges circulate for Martal; they are not vendor-published, so we have not repeated them.

6. LinkedSellingbest for running LinkedIn organic and paid together

Agency (people). LinkedSelling is a long-standing LinkedIn-first agency doing one-to-one outreach across LinkedIn, email and phone, alongside LinkedIn and Facebook paid ads and SDR dialling. Combining organic outreach with paid LinkedIn under one roof is something none of the software options on this page can do. It also offers a “free build out program” — it builds the lead-generation system before you pay — which lowers the cost of finding out whether it works for you.

  • Pricing — not published anywhere on the site.
  • Best for — mid-market teams that want organic and paid LinkedIn managed by the same people.
  • Watch out — no published pricing means a call before a number. Its stated results (500+ touchpoints a month, 10–20% booking rates on dialling) are the vendor’s own figures, not audited.

7. Zeekeobest for starting managed and moving in-house

Hybrid — software or done-for-you, same vendor. Zeekeo sells the same outbound platform two ways: self-serve software, or done-for-you execution by its team. That is precisely the fence a Cleverly buyer is sitting on, and it is the only vendor here that lets you change your mind without changing platform. Its managed tier is also the cheapest done-for-you option on this page after Cleverly itself.

  • Pricing — Launchpad $149/seat/month self-serve (prospecting, email and LinkedIn outreach, AI messaging, CRM integrations, analytics); Elite from $600/month managed (strategy, multi-channel execution, landing pages, CRM management). Stated: “no long contracts.”
  • Best for — a buyer who wants managed now and DIY later, or the reverse.
  • Watch out — Zeekeo does not disclose anywhere on its site how it connects to LinkedIn, and it is far less reviewed than HeyReach or Expandi. Note also that zopto.com now redirects to zeekeo.com; Zeekeo’s own site says nothing about that relationship, so we are not characterising it.

8. HeyReachbest for agencies running many sender accounts

Software (cloud). HeyReach is a cloud LinkedIn outreach platform built for agencies and multi-account teams — many sender accounts under one roof, with rotation and a unified inbox. It is unusually specific about its infrastructure, and that specificity is the reason to pick it: its help centre states that each LinkedIn account gets a dedicated static residential proxy that is never shared between two accounts, and that any account reaching 200 actions in a day is frozen until the next one.

  • Pricing — Growth $79/mo per sender (from $63/mo billed yearly); Agency $999/mo for 25 senders, expandable to 50, whitelabel included, bring your own proxies; Unlimited $2,999/mo. Free trial available.
  • Best for — agencies and sales teams running dozens of sender accounts; the Unlimited tier is the cheapest credible way here to run 50–300 senders.
  • Watch out — it is a tool, not a service: done-for-you is a separately quoted product. It does no content or personal-brand work, enrichment credits are thin on Growth, and the Agency and Unlimited tiers expect you to supply your own proxies.

9. Expandibest for one operator who cares most about the account

Software (cloud). Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn and multichannel outreach tool positioned squarely on account-safety engineering, and its pages are explicit about the mechanics: a dedicated country-based IP per account, automatic warm-up that “starts deliberately slow and scales gradually”, fine-tuned daily limit ranges, and randomised delays between actions “so activity reads as human rather than scripted”. It runs 24/7 without a machine of yours staying on.

  • Pricing — Business $99/seat/month, or $79/seat/month billed annually. Agency is custom at 10+ seats. Seven-day free trial.
  • Best for — a single operator or small team running sophisticated campaigns on one account they cannot afford to lose.
  • Watch out — no whitelabel on the Business tier, no done-for-you service, and it is the most expensive per seat of the four tools here. Its pages describe “9 different actions between your cold messages” without listing them, so whether likes, comments or endorsements are among them is not something we could confirm.

10. Dripifybest for the cheapest credible cloud tool

Software (cloud). Dripify is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool aimed at individual sellers and small teams, and it documents its automated actions more explicitly than anything else in this cohort: auto-connect, auto-message, auto-view-profile, auto-endorse skills, auto-follow and auto-like, under stated ceilings of 75 connection requests and 150 messages a day. One architectural difference matters more than the price, and its own FAQ states it plainly: Dripify runs in the cloud but performs actions “from your local IP address”.

  • Pricing — Basic $59/user/mo ($39 annual) · Pro $79 ($59) · Advanced $99 ($79) · Enterprise custom. Seven-day free trial, no card.
  • Best for — an individual seller who wants the cheapest credible cloud tool and does not need agency-grade account isolation.
  • Watch out — no dedicated IP per account, which is exactly the thing HeyReach and Expandi charge for. Basic is thin at one campaign and 20 connection requests a day.

11. Waalaxybest for the lowest possible entry price

Software (extension plus cloud). Waalaxy is a French-built Chrome extension with a cloud mode, and it is the cheapest way onto this page. Its own blog is clear that the cloud is “included and mandatory” on the Advanced and Business plans and during a trial, while freemium users “need to keep the computer on and a LinkedIn tab open” for it to work. It targets by post reactions, groups and events, and runs follow-ups until someone replies.

  • Pricing — Pro €19/user/month (300 invitations a month) · Advanced €49 (800 invitations, API, Make/Zapier/n8n) · Business €69 (adds cold-email sequences and 500 email-finder credits). Quarterly −20%, yearly −50%, 14-day free trial.
  • Best for — a solo founder testing LinkedIn outbound at the lowest possible spend and commitment.
  • Watch out — the lowest volume ceiling here by a distance, and no dedicated static proxy. Whether the €19 Pro plan includes cloud mode is not stated on the pricing page — worth asking before you buy, because without it your machine has to stay on.
How to choose

Which one should you actually pick?

Start from what you are unwilling to give up — your time, a knowable price, or control of the accounts — and the shortlist collapses to one or two.

01

You want it done entirely for you

Stay with an agency. Under $1k/mo, Cleverly is genuinely the cheapest done-for-you option in this market and nothing else here matches it. If you want accountability attached, SalesBread ($2–3k) puts a refund behind a lead count and Belkins (from $5,000) sells appointments rather than conversations.

02

You want the price knowable up front

Go to software, or to CIENCE. Four of the five agencies here publish no price at all, so the first real number arrives on a call. Every tool on this page publishes one, and CIENCE is the single agency that itemises setup, team, platform and per-SDR costs on its own site.

03

You are running outreach for many accounts

HeyReach. Its Agency and Unlimited tiers exist for exactly this, and it is the most specific vendor here about how each sender account is isolated. Expandi is the better single-account answer; Dripify is the cheapest, at the cost of running from your own IP.

04

You have not decided between hiring and buying

Zeekeo sells both from one platform, so switching later is a plan change rather than a migration. That flexibility costs more per seat than a pure tool and much less per month than a pure agency.

05

Outbound volume is not the real problem

If nobody knows who you are, more connection requests will not fix it. That is the case for a content-led engine — posts in your voice, visuals built from your own brand materials, engagement paced deliberately, and leads surfaced from the people who react. Linkvsta does all of it in one place at $79–$199/mo.

Where Linkvsta fits

Content-led, not cold outreach.

Almost everything above this line is an outreach product: it starts conversations by messaging people who have never heard of you. Linkvsta is the other half of the job. It drafts and publishes in your voice, renders carousels and images from your own uploaded brand materials rather than a shared template, and engages on its own dedicated IP, paced and capped by design — while tracking competitors and scoring the people who react to you. All of it in one place, where a Cleverly buyer would otherwise assemble three vendors, at $79, $129 or $199 a month, published before you buy.

If what you are actually shopping for is pipeline rather than an agency, B2B lead generation without the retainer is the same argument made from the buyer’s side. And if you have decided an agency is the right shape after all, the six questions to ask before signing with one are worth ten minutes before you take the call — including what counts as a lead in the contract, and whose LinkedIn account the outreach actually runs from.

The fastest way to judge it is not this page. Run the free LinkedIn competitor report — no card, no account — and see what it finds in your niche before you decide whether to hire anyone or buy anything.

Straight answers

Cleverly alternatives: common questions.

What Cleverly costs, when an agency beats a tool, and which alternative fits which buyer.

What is Cleverly, and what does it cost?

Cleverly is a done-for-you B2B lead generation agency in Los Angeles, founded in 2016 — people, not software. It runs LinkedIn outreach, cold email and cold calling, and sells LinkedIn ads, ghostwriting and recruiting as separate products. Its own FAQ states that lead-generation plans “range from $397/mo to $997/mo, depending on your campaign needs,” with discounts for teams of three or more. There is no pricing page and the tiers are not described anywhere, so what separates $397 from $997 only becomes clear on a call. Its own pages also disagree: an older guide page still says “starting at only $297/month” while the FAQ says $397. Checked 8 September 2026.

Should I hire an agency or buy LinkedIn software?

Buy software if you can spare a few hours a month and want the price knowable up front — the tools here run €19 to $99 per seat and publish exactly what they cost. Hire an agency if you want the campaign, the copywriting, the list building and someone watching the inbox handled for you, and you can spend $397/mo at the very low end or $2,000–$7,500/mo for the accountable end. The honest middle is Zeekeo, which sells both from the same platform. The wrong reason to hire is opacity: four of the five agencies on this page publish no price at all.

What is the cheapest alternative to Cleverly?

For software, Waalaxy Pro at €19/user/month — though 300 invitations a month is the lowest ceiling in the category. For a managed service, Zeekeo Elite from $600/month is the cheapest done-for-you option here. It is worth saying plainly: at $397/mo Cleverly is itself the cheapest managed LinkedIn outreach in this set, and nothing else on this page does done-for-you below $600. If price alone is why you are looking, you may not find a cheaper agency.

Which Cleverly alternative is best for an agency running many client accounts?

HeyReach. Its Agency tier is $999/mo for 25 senders expandable to 50 with whitelabel included, and Unlimited is $2,999/mo — the cheapest credible way here to run 50 to 300 sender accounts. It is also the most specific vendor in this cohort about account isolation: its help centre states each LinkedIn account gets a dedicated static residential proxy that is never shared between two accounts, and that any account reaching 200 actions in a day is frozen until the next one.

Do any of these guarantee results?

Two attach a number to the promise. SalesBread guarantees “20+ sales qualified leads per month… or your money back,” month-to-month with no minimum contract. Belkins sells against an appointment count — its published “from $5,000” is quoted against 100 guaranteed appointments a year. Everyone else here, Cleverly included, sells effort rather than outcome. Cleverly does publish an expectation rather than a guarantee: it says clients “typically generate 20-40 new conversations with ideal prospects for every 500 connections we engage.”

Does a Cleverly plan include everything I need?

Two gaps are worth pricing in before you sign. Cleverly’s own guide states that LinkedIn Sales Navigator “is required,” and nothing on their site says who pays for it — ask. And content is a separate product: LinkedIn ghostwriting is sold apart from the lead-generation fee, so a plan that covers both is two line items, not one. Their FAQ’s “no contracts, month-to-month” language applies specifically to cold email, not to LinkedIn lead generation.

Is Linkvsta a replacement for Cleverly?

Only for part of the job, and it is worth being straight about which part. Cleverly sends cold outreach for you at volume; Linkvsta does not do that at all. What it does is everything around it — content drafted in your voice, visuals built from your own uploaded brand materials, engagement, a maintained prospect pool and competitor tracking — in one place, one login, one price ($79, $129 or $199 a month). If cold outbound volume is the whole plan, an outreach agency or one of the tools above is the better buy. If the plan also needs a presence that earns inbound, that is a second vendor an outbound agency was never built to be.

How does engagement software actually connect to my LinkedIn account?

All of them — every tool and every agency on this page — reach LinkedIn through your own logged-in session, because that is the only access LinkedIn gives anyone acting as you. What differs is the infrastructure underneath, and how much of it the vendor will tell you. HeyReach and Expandi each give an account a dedicated IP and say so; Dripify’s own FAQ says it acts from your local IP; Waalaxy connects “via an IP as close as possible to your location”; Cleverly, Zeekeo and every other agency here publish nothing on it, which is the structural difference — a retainer is a black box on this question in a way a tool does not have to be. In Linkvsta, every account gets its own dedicated IP and its own isolated browser session, the gap between two actions is drawn from a human-shaped distribution rather than a flat delay, and activity steps itself down after repeated session errors instead of continuing.

Are these prices current?

Every figure on this page was read on the vendor’s own live site on 8 September 2026, and each is attributed to where it came from. Prices in this category move — one vendor here contradicts itself across two of its own pages, and several publish no price at all. Treat anything on this page as stale after about 90 days and check the vendor before you buy.

One price.
All of it.
